We are delighted to be welcoming Haywards Heath’s The Fresh Fish Shop to Swains.

A member of their team will be with us every Friday 9am-1pm with a boat load of fish. The Fresh Fish Shop has been established for over 30 years and all their fish is sourced daily from their trusted coastal suppliers and handpicked by them from the world famous Billingsgate fish market in London.

Every week they will be bringing a large selection of fish and seafood. From cod and salmon to bream and octopus, there is something for everyone.
